Dale O'Shields is the founding and senior pastor of Church of the Redeemer, a multi-campus and growing congregation in the greater Washington, DC, area. Pastor Dale's emphasis in ministry is biblical teaching that addresses the practical needs and demands of everyday life. He is the author of several daily devotionals and study guides for small groups Bible studies. Pastor Dale also ministers regularly in various countries with a focus on equipping and encouraging pastors and church leaders. He and his wife, Terry, have two married daughters and four grandchildren.
