As you know, pastoral ministry is one of the greatest callings and privileges in life. It also comes with unique pressures. After more than 40 years as a senior pastor and church founder, I’ve experienced the joys, and the challenges, that accompany ministry life.

A number of years ago the Lord placed on my heart the desire to gather pastors annually for a time of encouragement. This resulted in our United Pastors Network gathering each year. More recently, I have found myself in conversations and interactions with pastors who are looking for a bit more than an annual event. I have decided in this season to make some time available to come alongside pastors — simply to listen, encourage, and share practical wisdom that can help you keep going strong for the long haul.

There’s no program, no cost, no strings. Just one pastor to another, here to support you. It’s what I’m calling United Pastors Network Roundtables.

Once a month I will host up to 10 lead pastors for 1.5 to 2 hour connection via Zoom. It will simply be a time of interaction, sharing, encouragement, and prayer.
